you teach english in korea...do you teach at a private school?I teach in china right now. and i'm looking to move to korea. maybe you can help me out. ok ...thanks

ive been in korea for about a year and a half. the private schools here are called academies or hogwons. i work for a hogwon, cdi.

i suggest reading
http://forums. eslcafe. com/korea/and
http://expatkorea. com/bbs/

they are popular forums about living/working in korea, read the FAQ. ignore all the negative. if you use the search function, just type in one word ie "cdi." more than one word and it doesnt seem to work. i suggest outlineing whatyou want from your job, and then using a recruiter. atc and footprints are well known/reputable.

i kept trk of how i got here, but with the new visa laws, im sure the process is a bit differnt now. ignore all the afrocentricity.http://theblackeslteacher. blogspot. com/
