3-6 month contracts/airfare/biggest problems

Hi my name is R. Just finished my M.A in English and I want to teach in Korea. Today is May 31, 2008.

What would a round trip ticket from Florida to Seoul cost today?
Are there many contracts where someone can work 3-6 months and still have their airfare paid.
Do any companies/schools pay the air fare up front rather than reimvburse? Who are they?
What are the biggest problems an American teacher faces when first coming to teach?

Thanks,
R
