Subject: Question about wanting to teach in S. Korea

Hello, I love your blog! A friend of mine who taught in S. Korea recommended it to me.

I have a question and was wondering if you could help. I am interested in teaching there, but I had a DWI in 2005 and am wondering if having that on my record would prevent me from working anywhere. I have emailed the question to a recruiter, but haven't heard back yet...

hi b. sorry for the late reply. i dont know what offenses would disqualify one from teaching in korea. send your question in an email to hotline@sba.seoul.kr they run Global Village, a foreigner help center. if they dont know the answer, im sure they can direct you to a person who can help. if you have other specific questions, be free to email me anytime.
