i have mynew e-2 visa number. so i have to leave korea, go to a korean consulate elsewhere, get the visa, and then i can return to korea and go back to work. i'll go this week or next week.

i'm not overseas but i did visit seoul this past may for ten days. i stayed with a long-time friend also teaching ESL. your blog is hilarious! it's good revisiting similar experiences from my trip. great work!
I love your blog! You have eased most of my anxiety of teaching in South Korea. I am thinking about applying to CDI. I am not sure if I want hourly or monthly wage. I am applying to other places too. I have read the good and bad on CDI, but I think most of the posts are from people who do not want a real job. If I can work 6 jobs (without realizing it)and go to a 24 hour school at the same time, I think I can handle 6 hours or so a day 5 to 6 days week at CDI. Plus, I used to be in the military so I am used to some unfairness and can ignore it since I do not live with the people I work with.
This is becoming longer than I originally planned.
Could you give me any advice?
When do there terms start?
My seasonal job ends January 2nd, so I can leave as soon as February, if not before. I will have my TEFL certification by then too.
